My final project for painting class. This piece pays homage to the game Kirby 64 which got me started on drawing when I was a kid. I never would've imagined I'd be going to an art school one day. Well now here I am.
Thanks dude! I do have a scanner but I am only able to scan my 9 1/2' x 11' standard drawings. This painting is 35'x24' or something so it won't fit. I didn't forget about the blood although technically it doesn't really drip in the game the way people often portray it. I was debating whether I should add it in but in the end I decided to just wait cause I would want to take some time to study how to paint the blood running down the round white body. I'm a little hesitant to do so mostly because I don't want to mess around with it too much more. Same thing goes with the red part of the wings. I left them cause i wasn't sure how it would effect the whole piece since it would cover the lines in the background a bit. I'm probably gonna do some digital editing to experiment before I fix up the last bits of the painting.
Well the wings aren't a problem to me. You can assume that since it's possible to blow those parts of its wings off, making it easier to hit the halo, you can assume that this is Zero2 after being battle damaged there.
